This Furniture Art Piece is the second design from the “New Beginnings” series. This piece has been constructed using 45,000 year old radiocarbon dated Buried Kauri timber from the Kai-Iwi Lakes.
Paua Shell inlay has been used on the inside of the drawer handles, hand-painted laser cut steel sub-frames on solid Kauri pedestals with a hand-made corrugated slump glass shelf.
It bears the maker’s monogram and is numbered.
